Beef Burgers
If you're looking for a dinner that everyone will love, you can’t go wrong with beef burgers. The ingredients are simple, and everyone can add their own toppings to suit their taste—favourites here include fried onions, melted cheese, tomato and lettuce (not forgetting the burger sauce).
They taste great cooked in a frying pan or under the grill, but nothing beats cooking them on the BBQ!
4 Servings 30 Minutes
Ingredients
- Burger Bun - 4
- Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp

- Divide the beef mince into four equal portions, add the salt and pepper then shape into burger patties using your hands or a burger press.

- While the burgers are cooking, prepare your toppings. Slice the tomatoes, onions and lettuce.
- Slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast.
- If using cheese, add this on top of each burger for the final minute of cooking.
- Spread your favourite sauce onto the bun, adding the burger and toppings.
- Serve immediately with chips, wedges or salad on the side.
